Return and Refund Policy

To return/exchange a LapLok purchase within 30 days of purchase: Please contact our Customer Service Department at

Upon customer service approval, we will provide you with a Customer Return Authorization (CRA) number as well as shipping instructions for your return package. Refunds and exchanges are subject to company approval.

Please note we do not provide return labels. Shipping, handling charges are not refundable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

Contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item and determined that you have followed the proper return instructions, we will process the refund.

You’ll be refunded automatically on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned products. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Products were purchased in the last 30 days.

  • The Products were in the original packaging.

  • The Products were not used or damaged (except for the mounting arm), which is not returnable if used.

  • The Products’ receipt or proof of purchase is still available.

The following Products cannot be returned:

  • The Products made to your specifications or personalized, i.e., logoed LapLoks.

  • The Products which, according to their nature, are not suitable to be returned.

  • The Products’ warranty date is over.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Defective Product Returns

If your product does have a defect, your product is covered under the terms of your product's warranty for 1-year. Please refer to the warranty information and other supporting documentation that came with your product.

Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at TechLok will investigate the claim and notify the freight company of the damage.

Please retain all packaging in the event that the freight company needs to inspect it. These investigations may take several days, but merchandise replacements will be processed as soon as possible

We cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We can only issue a refund with an actual receipt of the products or proof of received return delivery.
